Pat Meier, an Interior Refiner and founder of Creative Interior Redesign, will help you redesign the home you desire by focusing on redecorating using the things you love and often times already own. Pat Meier is a certified member of the Interior Refiners Network, the preeminent organization of one-day decorators. Having trained under Lauri Ward, the pioneer of the one-day redecorating and redesign industry and author of Use What You Have Interiors, Home Therapy, and Downsizing Your Home with Style. Pat shares her expertise in quickly and affordably transforming your home using her eye for color, texture, balance, and beauty. She has a passion for art and design, having studied fine arts at the Art Academy of Cincinnati and then spending years in NYC working as a textile designer in the home furnishing market. Pat also apprenticed as a decorative painter/gilder and established her own business serving clients in their homes. She believes that with a little encouragement everyone has the ability to create a home that is an expression of who they are without spending a fortune and having fun in the process. She also believes a home should be a haven from the stresses of everyday life and enjoys working with her clients to make their living spaces more functional, inviting, and liveable.
Pat's philosophy is working with what you already have and adding from there if necessary to make the most of your home. With her invaluable guidance you will see your rooms come alive with a simple rearrangement of furniture, practical design techniques, color consultation, lighting suggestions, accessory and art work selection, and more.
